El Yelmo

The restaurant of El Yelmo, located within the rural hotel, has been serving visitors to La Pedriza and Manzanares El Real for over 50 years. The restaurant offers guests the most traditional Spanish cuisine adapted to modern times, in all its varieties — à la carte, as tapas and sharing plates, or in carefully prepared set menus — all cooked with great care and affection.

At El Yelmo, we have a dining room for 45–50 guests, a private room for 6–8 people, a wonderful seasonal terrace, and a bar and lounge area with a pleasant atmosphere. It is an ideal place for small family gatherings, groups of friends, or business meetings.

The menu features traditional homemade dishes such as Serrano ham croquettes, garlic or herb-roasted rabbit, and various meats from the Sierra de Guadarrama. In the terrace and bar area, tapas and sharing plate menus are also available.
