Ante la entrada en vigor de la nueva Ley de Prevenci\u00f3n de las P\u00e9rdidas y el Desperdicio Alimentario, ManzaEmprende ha puesto en marcha un curso especializado para guiar paso a paso a las empresas y locales en su adaptaci\u00f3n a la normativa.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n ofrecer\u00e1 claves sencillas para cumplir la ley, evitar sanciones y ahorrar costes en el negocio.<\/p>\n<p>La ley exige que cualquier establecimiento que maneje alimentos , desde la hosteler\u00eda, comercios y hasta los comedores escolares, a contar obligatoriamente con un Plan de Prevenci\u00f3n de mermas. <\/p>\n<p>Esta medida afecta de forma directa a restaurantes, hoteles, peque\u00f1os comercios de alimentaci\u00f3n, supermercados y comedores escolares.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este curso, es traducir la ley a un lenguaje claro y ofrecer herramientas \u00fatiles que los profesionales puedan aplicar en su rutina diaria sin que suponga una carga administrativa.
