When she presents her facilities, Yolanda tells us that she has been dedicating herself to her profession for thirty-seven years and that a personal trance (fibromyalgia), opened the door to new knowledge, deciding to specialize in healthy aesthetics, not only personal image. Carried out, in short: “In a holistic way”. (Of the whole or that considers something as a whole). And that everything is the human body, inside and out. And so is continuing to train and being at the forefront of new technologies, which in this universe of body well-being are advancing with constant improvements.

The range of services is very wide (…) from sports recovery (…) to therapeutics, such as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndromes.

“At Belleza Real we work for a healthy aesthetic that respects the body,” Yolanda tells us. Thus, her slimming methods are based on the search for excellence, using refined techniques such as wood therapy, which firms, reduces and remodels the body. In this case, Yolanda describes it by composing a simile: “Like a potter does with clay.”

The range of services is very wide and, although we will specify it now, it is worth saying that its treatments range from sports recovery due to injuries or how to improve training, through therapy, to combat the aforementioned fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndromes, to cite two usual examples.

What treatments does Real Beauty use?

Wood therapy. As we said before, this therapeutic method uses wood, and not just any wood, mainly from trees from Colombia and suitably aged to achieve precisely the opposite: rejuvenate. This treatment consists of a series of massages that help tone the body or minimize fluid retention.

Therapy Cool, which demonstrates “The power of thermal contrasts”. Among its benefits: it remodels, firms, thermoregulates and relaxes.

Cryolipolysis. It seeks to lose weight in a localized and rapid way, in just three sessions, eliminating fat with cold at 0º.

Facial and body cryotherapy. With hydration and nutrition, anti-ageing, facial hygiene and anti-sagging treatments. Through the cold, ageing and natural rejuvenation are treated: wrinkles, sagging, etc.

Pressotherapy. A technique to achieve lymphatic drainage in people who have medical and aesthetic problems.

It should be noted that in “Real Beauty” it is also possible to get a manicure or pedicure; and that the products that we can find in their establishment are one hundred percent natural.

Finally, “Real Beauty” offers all its experience with training courses, in a personalized way, teaching different topics: self-makeup or skin care, to name a few.
